- Purpose and legal basis for data processing
Your personal data shall be processed for recruitment purposes to the extent based upon the provisions of the Labour Code (article 6, paragraph 1 letter b of GDPR); your other data, including your contact details, shall be processed based on your consent (article 6, paragraph 1 letter faof GDPR).
ZETO SOFTWARE is going to process your personal data for future recruitment purposes only upon your consent (article 6, paragraph 1 letter a of GDPR).
If your documents contain special categories of personal data, referred to in article 9, paragraph 1 of GDPR, your consent for its processing is necessary (according to article 9, paragraph 2 letter a of GDPR).
Labour Code regulations this information clause refers to is art. 221 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (i.e. Dz. U. of 2020, item 1320 with further amendments).
- Personal Data Recipients
We hereby inform that your personal data can be received only by the entities entitled to it in accordance with legal rules in force or upon your consent.
- Data processing/administering period
Your personal data shall be stored until the end of the recruitment process. If you give your consent for processing your data for future recruitment processes, after this recruitment process is finished, your personal data will be stored for the period of 2 years from the day of your application, as long as you do not withdraw your consent before this time.
- Data holders’ rights
You reserve the right to: a/ access your data and receive its copy
b/ correct your personal data,
c/ limit the scope of processing of your personal data,
d/ withdraw the permission to process your data at any time, with no consequence arising from data processing regulations in force before the permission withdrawal;
